UNDER THE WILLOW House Concert Series was created by Kim and her husband George as a way to help other touring musicians fill in a NC date on Sunday afternoons. Originally it was set up as an outdoor series in their natural amphitheater, but when the cold months set in, the music was moved into their living room.
House concerts are a great way to hear music, and a great place to perform. In today's economy, many venues that support and feature acoustic music are unable to survive. Incredible talent can be enjoyed in these intimate settings, and one on one relationship with the music can be built. UNDER THE WILLOW House Concerts feature wonderful music, and an intermission with good food and a good time to meet other music lovers and the artists themselves. we supply coffee, tea and water, and you are invited to bring your favorite beverage (BYOB) and an appetizer or dessert to share.
